Key Digital Trends for 2017

For the past few years, two of Ogilvy’s digital and innovation leaders,Marshall Manson and  James Whatley, have collaborated on a yearly trend report outlining both where thy believe the digital and social landscape is headed and what brands and agency partners should do about it.

As is tradition, this document – the fourth annual addition – is made up of two parts:

First a review and grading of their 2016 predictions, and second, a look ahead to what the future holds in 2017.
